I need a good idea and solution for this study:





Scenario: you are the manager of a Research Institution designing privacy software for money and credit card transactions. The master key/code/password for administrating the entire system has gone missing (either lost or stolen, you do not know). It will cost $5000 to re-key the affected parts of the institute. Your budget is already spent for the year, with no access to next year's budget for sixty days. What are you going to do? There is no wrong answer! The best one will be selected!
