I need help with a case analysis (business management)?

Here's the question, if you were asked to be a consultant in hiring personnel for THEME PARK, what kind of tests, measures and/or methods would you use to screen job applicants?I need help with a case analysis (business management)?
Drug Test, Background Check, Multiple interviewsI need help with a case analysis (business management)?
If the personnel you are referring to are food workers, ticket sellers and basic ride attendants, the major things would be positive attitude, nice smile, and basic math skills. Good health and strength would be needed for the ride attendants as well. Experience isn't necessarily a qualification for these jobs, but hiring college students who are looking for an internship for hotel and restaurant management and engineering would be a great place to start. When I was in business school, most of my roommates who were in H %26amp; R Management took summer jobs at theme parks. This gave the theme park the ability to get more qualified candidates, who are committed to staying the season.

For a Disney or child oriented park, background checks would also be key.
Behavioral tests dealing with social aptitude and interaction with children.
You would use a myspace screen.
